Registration fees cover up to 12 weeks of swim practices, six swim meets, & the championship meet; plus, every registered swimmer will receive a Killer Whale t-shirt and a swim cap. We do offer need-based scholarships for families in financial distress; inquire with Claire if you are interested in learning more.
For KWC members, the fee is $180 per swimmer for the first two children in a family and $105 for each child after the second (the “2+ Rate”).
For non-members, the fee is $210 for the first two children and $120 for each child thereafter.
Members will need to complete and return an online form: the JSL Registration form (one form per swimmer). Non-members will also need to complete the Limited Membership form, which grants use of the facility for practices, meets, and team-related events.
After you submit the forms, you can send a check made out to the Key West Club, to the following address: Key West Club, 393 Key West Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22911. If you would like to pay by credit card, you can use our Square site (scroll down for “Swim Team Fees”); we add 2.6% to the fees to cover the cost of using the credit card.
