The 2024 KWC Killer Whale Store is online, with cool merch, googles, and the team suit (same style as last year, Tyr’s Alliance Splice Maxfit in Black/White). We do not require swimmers to purchase the team suit. If purchasing a new suit is a financial hardship, please let Claire know; we usually have hand-me-downs in some sizes. (If you want to hand down your child’s suit, let Claire know that too!)
The JSL does not allow swimmers under the age of 12 to compete in tech suits; rash guards and swim tights (below the knee) are also disallowed in competitions.
For practices, swimmers can wear any suit; we encourage one-piece suits for girls and jammers (bike-short style) for boys because those stay put when diving. Caps and goggles are strongly recommended ; it’s hard to swim your best without them. Every registered swimmer will receive a Killer Whales swim cap and a Killer Whales team t-shirt, to be distributed before the first meet.
ORDERING ONLINE FROM OUR STORE?
- May 12 is the order-by date for items to be in-hands prior to the first meet. Items ordered after that will be delivered on a rolling basis.
- Items will be shipped directly to the individuals.
